Wow that was really good. I wonder why they didn't march though.

It was their chorale. They don't march when they play the chorale.

It would have made a really good slow piece for marching though.

That is awesome. It would be really cool if we could get the whole band to sing like that in our show or something.
I've made up my mind. We're singing during sectionals.

I've made up my mind. We're singing during sectionals. When you left to go check on Jonathan I had the trumpets sing while they did circle drill. DOES THAT COUNT?!

Sure... But I'd like to have them sing Fire of Eternal Glory. But the show music works too. We sang the show music on the way down to Burger King yesterday.

lol. What's the point in singing our music, really?

It helps with intonation and tone (recognizing the pitch and keeping your throat open). Plus, it locks in the rhythms and helps with balance a little too.

What if you don't have any singing ability what so ever?

Too bad. Learn. lol Band members are also supposed to be able to sing. You don't have to have perfect pitch, but we should all have relative pitch (if I give you a C and I tell you to sing a G, you should be able to get it based on the distance between the notes).

I can see pretty well, I just don't like to, lol.
I call my deep singing voice my sexy time voice.
